These terms apply to use of this website and to cleaning work carried out by Easy Solution Technical Services LLC, trading as EZ Solutions.

Information on this site

Service descriptions, timings and prices on this site are provided in good faith and are indicative. A price shown as “from” is a starting point for a straightforward job; the price for your job is the one we quote after we understand the site.

Quotations

We agree a price before work begins. If we reach site and find the job is materially different from what was described, for example a collapsed pipe rather than a blockage, or a tank far larger than stated, we will stop, explain the difference and agree a revised price before continuing. We do not add charges after the fact.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for giving us safe access to the drains, tanks, ducts or surfaces to be cleaned, including any building or community permissions required. Where a job needs water or power from the premises, it needs to be available.

Carrying out the work

Work is carried out by our own trained technicians using our own equipment, following documented method statements and the relevant standards, including NFPA-96 for kitchen extract systems. We are licensed by Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.

Existing defects

Cleaning can reveal a pre-existing defect, such as a cracked pipe, a corroded tank or a damaged surface, that was hidden by the material we removed. We will tell you if we find one. We are not responsible for defects that existed before we attended, but we are responsible for damage we cause.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed other terms in writing, such as a scheduled contract for a building or facilities management company.

Cancellation

Let us know as early as you can. A crew and equipment booked for a specific window and turned away at the door represents a cost, and for scheduled commercial work we may charge for it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any job is limited to the value of that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
